Most orders are shipped out to you within 24 to 48 hours Monday thru Friday, but due to times of heavy volume, holidays or other issues, we state that processing may take 3 to 4 business days. Please take this into consideration when choosing your shipping method. We reserve the right to switch Shipping methods if necessary to expedite an order. Also remember that you are choosing a shipping method that means the time in transit AFTER the order is shipped.

Super Saver (3-10 business day):
Transit time can be 3-10 days. Most of these orders are shipped via the post office, but if you choose this option, be sure that the US Mail and UPS can deliver to the shipping address as we reserve the right to select shipping method. Please choose another method of shipping if you need the order in hand by a certain date as transit time is very variable. Orders returned to us as undeliverable will incur the actual cost of shipping in order to reship it to a different address or via a different carrier. No guarantee for on-time delivery.
Expedited Saver (3-5 business days)
Need your order a little faster? Choose our expedited saver shipping. With this shipping method your transit time is reducted to the 3-5 day range. May be shipped either via the post office or UPS. Estimated delivery in 3-5 days although depending our your location it may be faster.
UPS Next Day Air: UPS Service.
Delivery in 1 business day from date of shipping* Saturday and Sunday (and holidays) are not considered in transit time and weekend delivery is not available. UPS Next Day shipped on Friday is for Monday delivery. Tracking available.
If you choose one of these expediated services from UPS, we are not responsible for late delivery. If your order is delivered later than the scheduled delivery date, we will, at your request, contact UPS to see if you qualify for a refund of the shipping charges.

Incorrect address information that has to be corrected by UPS and/or other carrier will incur an additional charge of $5 ($10 in case of expedited services). Please make sure that you enter the correct address, including apartment or suite number, and correct zip code. This also applies to having UPS redirect your package to different address.

Orders must be shipped to the same address as the correct billing address of the credit card. We will not ship to a different address other than the correct billing address. We do not ship to companies in the US that forward packages to international countries or to addresses in the US if the credit card is from a different country (or international addresses with US cards) .
We ship international orders via the post office using 3 different services.
USPS EXPRESS MAIL INTERNATIONAL The fastest transit time but also the most expensive. They are trackable and insured for the full value. International shipping rates shown on checkout. Rates differ from country to country and weight of order. Transit time generally within 1 week.
USPS PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL - Slower transit but less expensive. Transit time vary and may be up 2-4 weeks for transit.
***NEW - FIRST-CLASS MAIL INTERNATIONAL - - USPS service for packages weighing 4 pound or less. Slowest but least expensive. Transit time vary and can be up to 3-4 weeks transit.
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance & delivery must be paid by the customer.
